For customers with a pre-existing org structure, there are paths to successfully onboarding with Pump.

These users should contact Pump via booking a call, Slack, intercom, or email to discuss the pros and cons of each onboarding approach.

Customers joining from another organization will run a Pump-provided script to export their existing organization infrastructure, including SSO through IAM Identity Center, RAM, organization-level policies like SCPs, and more.

• Pump will set up a new organization for your company

• You'll be provided a delegated administrator account to run organization-level services

• You'll run a Pump-provided script as the delegated admin to import your organization-level configuration.

Going forward:

• You WILL maintain access to the delegated admin account for any org-level management required.

• You WILL maintain root access over all of your accounts.
