# Group buying discounts

The more customers and spend Pump manages, the bigger the discounts can be. AWS rewards companies for upfront commitments to future spending by negotiating better rates. Given our collective spend, Pump takes on the financial risk to commit to the yearly spend. Larger companies often do this and negotiate big discounts.

Stay tuned for when we reach this milestone. Pump will keep a portion of these discounts as our revenue, but we will share the rest with our customers. AWS services like S3 & EC2 data transfer would also be discounted, for the full list & discounts, see [here.](broken://pages/FHioE3lDUvtC0ks4kbi9)

Please note that all of Pump's revenue comes 100% from AWS. We do not charge any fees, mark up costs, or claim any discounts from our customers that they could have obtained individually
