Once you've authorized Pump, we run a light KYB (know your business) as going forward, Pump is responsible for your AWS billing.

Through our group-buying program, your monthly invoice would be coming from Pump (plus with the added savings!). We collect all the payments and pay AWS via a single invoice. We strive to keep our service free for our customers, and in turn take a small percentage paid by AWS across the combined spend across all of our customers via group buying.

Your business's data is automatically pulled from AWS, and we ask you to fill in any missing info.

We only use your data to evaluate your application and prevent fraud. We further submit your data to AWS, and once they approve your business to join Pump, you'd receive an email from us with the next steps!

Please lookout for an email from Pump welcoming you onboard, and what to expect in the first week and month.

Our include confidentiality obligations, so you don't need to sign an extra non-disclosure agreement.
