First Month Billing
Make sure to set up automatic payments here: https://app.pump.co/settings/billing
Pump is a licensed cloud reseller and an official AWS partner. Going forward, you will now pay Pump instead of your cloud provider your monthly bill.
You will receive two bills this first month only:
A prorated bill from your cloud provider at the end of your first month, and
A prorated bill that is billed through Pump for the month’s usage since joining Pump on the 3rd of the following month.
After these first two invoices, all invoices for cloud use will be paid through Pump.
You will see your invoice for cloud use on the 3rd of each month, from Pump, to be paid to Pump.
For example, if you joined Pump on Sep. 2 or Sep. 10, you will see two invoices for your September cloud use:
One invoice from your cloud provider, e.g. AWS, at the end of the month, for your use until Sep. 2 or Sep 10, and
a second invoice from Pump on November 3rd for your September cloud use from Sep. 2 or Sep. 10 until Sep. 30.
On the next month, for your November cloud use, you will receive one invoice on December 3rd from Pump, to be paid to Pump.
